Here are a few things I have found recently. I seem to be on a furniture kick lately...the prices were too good to pass up.
This Wardrobe/Armoire was $15.00 at a sale I stopped at on Sunday.
I love that it had enough space for all my casual clothes and even some hanging items. It allowed me to free up some hanging space in our walk in closet for my husband.
The glass was removed by the previous owner, so I am thinking a piece of fabric covered card board or light weight wood. I can always change out the fabric if I want a different look.
I am excited to see what I can do with these doors. Fabric, wallpaper, scrap book paper?
One of my most favorite sales is in a gated community in Litchfield Park. I have been going for nearly six years now and always find the greatest treasures. Since this community only has two sales a year it's worth the wait, especially since one of my favorite sellers is always changing their decor.
I picked up this book case for $20.00. I have been wanting one for the longest time, but could never justify the cost. I was thrilled when I saw this, because I had the perfect place for it.
It's the perfect fit in the family room and houses our extensive DVD collection and my fathers radio.
Here is the E I found at Goodwill for .99 and painted then gave it a distressed look with antiquing glaze.
It was a bright fuchsia and originally came from Bombay Company Kids. Forgot to take a before picture of the front, I was so excited to paint it...but here is a small portion on the back of the E.
A gift bag bought for .50 cents becomes art work in a frame I paid .25 for
A Coldwater Creek boho chic skirt for $3.00
Perfect for the hot summers here in Arizona.
Trio of candle sticks $6.00. The original prices were still on the bottom, they paid $175.00 for all three.
I currently have them on my table outside of my bedroom.
Flameless candles lit at night. (I have since moved them to the other side and put the lamp here, because I am spontaneous like that.)
Also on this table, I put this lamp. (which use to be where the candles now are...because that's how I roll.)
I paid $1.00 for the shade at one sale and $2.00 for the base at another sale.
I haven't decided if I am going to introduce it to my bff spray paint or not.
I have been drooling over all of the French pitchers I see in Pottery Barn and Ballard, but they are way out of my decorating budget. Imagine how thrilled I was to see this..
It's hard to tell but it's 24 inch high. I paid $5.00 for it. I couldn't wait to put it on my shelf in my kitchen.
And then finally, a little something my husband bought me for Easter. That man gets me, he really gets me.
He found this at Goodwill for $14.99 and used a 20% off coupon bring it to $11.75.
Got to love a man who shops thrifts and finds great deals for his wife!
Thanks for stopping by, I will have more pictures of more finds each week to share with you. Have you found any great deals or decorator finds lately?
Until Next Time...
