Blog Silence

It has been quite some time since I visited the blog, guilt rushes over me when I think of all the things I wanted to write but didn't, things I had to share but didn't.  Then I wonder why I even keep doing this to myself.  So I wait and let life get in the way, as is it's nature.

I haven't found a niche for my random creativity.  What I do know without a doubt is...if I let this fall to the way side and don't keep it up, even if no one reads it, then I will be sorry for doing so. This is my diary, my journey and pieces of me.

While I have been on a roller coaster with my health, I am still finding it difficult to adjust to life outside of work.  Though I am finally getting the hang of sleeping in after several years of having to be up at 3:30 am for a 5:00 am shift.

Life continues to change around me and while I am not so much in the world, I am thankful to be aware and able to enjoy the slow mornings and lazy afternoons.

I appreciate more, expect less and know in my heart there is always, always, always something to be thankful for.

I have begun to decorate in earnest, without pressure to have my home look like anything but a reflection of what makes me happy since I am the one living in it 24/7.  I have even managed to link my blog to a Facebook page!  Now to get my sister-in-love to help me put the buttons on my site.

So once again, here I go with a renewed sense of purpose.  I hope there are still people reading this blog, but if not, that's ok, because I read it and I still smile when I write about my life.

Many Blessed Days To Come....

I'm glad you are still blogging! It is a great creative outlet in itself so don't give it away!

Take care!

Best wishes,

Natasha...Thank you so much. I do love blogging and though my posts may be random, they are still fun to write and share.

Thank you for your kind words.

So good to see your post, Audra.

I agree with you, it doesn't matter if anyone reads our blogs, it matters that we are still here. Proof that we exist ;)

Mel...exactly. I do this for me. If people read it and like it, great but this is just my proof that I still exist after seven months of not working. I am still here and up to my shenanigans.
