Ok...I am still here!

Missing you all terribly, wishing there were enough hours in the day to tell you about everything.  A brief run down.

1.  College Diva has some female health issues.  Would greatly appreciate prayers and guidance in knowing what we should do, wait, operate or ???

2.  Moving...As I am packing up the house and getting ready for the move, not knowing exactly where we are moving but knowing it will happen in the next three to four months.  Watching my life go into boxes, out the door to others homes and some even to thrifts in the area...I am a tad bit sad.  These are all things that had meaning to me at one time or another.  Happier thought, I am decluttering and clearing my life.  This is a wonderful thing.

3.  The company I work for is trying to exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Waiting to hear what the courts will say on August 9th.  Praying for a great outcome as 10,000 people out of work is an awful thing, but a ripple that will be felt for years in Arizona's economy.

4. Migraines.  Hitting like crazy.  Going to see a new specialist.  Maybe this one has answers.

5. Middle Sister moved into her first "on her own" home.  Sad to see her marriage crumble, thrilled she is making strides to better herself and the lives of her triplets.  Will be posting pictures of her great new place that is just down the road from my little sisters place.  Hmmm.... maybe I will move out there to be closer to my sisters~!

6. Starting new eating/diet regime tomorrow.  No. More. Dr. Pepper.  I will require prayer on this as I love, love LOVE me some Dr. Pepper.   I may need rehab!

7.  Thinking about where my blog is taking me and if I am doing it justice.  Then I see after a weeks absence that I have gained three new followers.  Awww!  You all are the greatest!

btw... Natasha left me the quote from Harriet Beecher Stowe and it sums it all up.

"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn."
and Marty reminded me of the saying "how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time"  This was perfect as my best friend has applied this saying to turn around her own life and often says it to me.  So wonderful to have Marty remind me of that saying.

Just knowing you are out here and thinking of me, helps me more than I can ever express.
So...I will just say....

HUGS and Lots of Heartfelt Thanks!
Audra

I will keep you in prayer. When life throws you curves, it is so hard to adjust. There is always a silver lining in the end. Have faith and keep on keeping on. Hugs, Marty P.S. In one of my most trying times, I use to tell myself everyday "How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time."

Audra I will most definitely keep you and your family in my prayers. In the meantime, I thought you might like this quote from Harriet Beecher Stowe:

"When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn."

Blessings and best wishes,
Natasha.

You and your family are definitely in my prayers. Change is hard, but sometimes necessary to bring good and happy into our lives.

A year ago, we all had problems. Next year, we will all have a new set. It doesn't minimize our current list, but it does put it into perspective, and things have a way of working out...eventually. I try not to 'borrow' problems, as that's worry..and a sin, and I believe that your move will be a good one! You'll see!

Audra, I am so sorry you are being hit with so many unpleasant things in such a short span. My thoughts for you to get them all worked through, without too many battle scars. Keep smiling!
